Omg, this looks unreal!
Basically, Guitar hero has added the drum kit, microphone and extra guitar, but, theyve managed to make them better
The drum kit actually looks like an actual electric drum kit, the Bass has a extra set of nots, which are for slap bass.
Plus, they have an option on live so that you can play battle of the bands, which is two full bands (lead, bass drums and singer) and battle it out against other bands. You can even change every part of your apperence, down to the microphone design
